We think concrete floors and HVAC ducting are for factories and Barns for storing hay - so we banished that aesthetic and built our spaces with a light, fresh, and updated aesthetic that our brides are looking for.
We can accommodate up to 250 people, with 180 seated without extra table rentals.

We are an indoor venue - the weather in Utah is a bit quixotic, so we focus on Indoor experiences.

We’re centrally located in the middle of downtown Provo, within easy reach of most parts of the valley.
We have two parking garages and onsite parking - no stress there.
Our spaces are designed for an easy flow, with plenty of space for all your timeline events.
The first setup is free, and subsequent setups require a small transition fee.
Availability
Locking in your date is huge—especially with popular weekends in a busy wedding market like Utah County. Every venue has its own booking rules, so clarity now means no surprises later.
Is your preferred date available? Dates go quickly in Utah County, given the 60K-plus students attending nearby universities.
How do they handle deposits and how do they lock in a date?
If you are getting married in a Temple/Church, make sure the date is available.
How do cancellations or reschedules work? This is rare (we’ve only had one in our entire time in business) but it is something to think about.

Check with us as soon as you know your rough date, and for flexibility, be prepared to consider weekdays or Fridays. We’re obviously biased and think you should get the venue first and then look for temple dates.
We don’t do a deposit per se, we just have you make your first payment, and you’re golden. Our contract/invoice is all online and easy to quickly complete when you’re ready.Rescheduling is covered in our contract, but we’ll work with you if the need arise to rebook you given availability.

We pride ourselves on making sure “your way” is our mantra - and while we offer many in-house options to streamline planning, we happily work with outside vendors.
We do allow alcohol at weddings (not common in the valley) and allow you to adjust your time window to party as early or late as you want.
We require that you set up/take down in your allotted rental time, and access is generally granted for that window.
Catering & Vendors
The vendor services you choose can really make or break the day - make sure they work with whom you want to enhance your event.
Does the venue offer in-house services, like catering, florals, and planning/coordination?
Can you bring outside vendors, and are there preferred partners?
Do they allow food trucks?
Do they have ample space in the kitchen, serving room, and storage area for your vendors to prepare?

We love food trucks and have great parking/access for them.
Our kitchen is big - and caterers always compliment us on how functional our prep kitchen is.
La Fête was built by a photographer, for photography, and we have great amenities for our photographer friends.

Perks make your day run smoothly and look amazing.

On-site coordinators or staff to manage the day?
Do they offer easy enhancements that are both cost-effective and stress-reducing? Things like a decor pacakge makes decorating much easier. A DJ booth with Spotify is a cost-effective way to start your dance party without the expenses of a full DJ. Do they offer additional hours for decoration if you feel you need it?

We have a Party room that is off the other spaces - most of your guests will not know its there, and its a great place to relax, check sports scores and kick back in comfort with your favorite people.
We always have at least one attendant on site to make sure things are working smoothly. We generally even pitch in and help as you set up.
We have great optional enhancements to make your planning/day go much smoother - Decor, Music, AV, and the like make your wedding almost turn-key - just walk in and start the party.

We are very transparent with your pricing - it’s on the website and easy to add up - and we’ll happily put together a proposal that shows the total cost of celebrating with us.
We charge a cleaning fee, and the first setup is free. All other charges are optional as per your needs.
We do have packages and offer off-peak discounts - weekdays are less expensive, and sometimes we run a discount for the shoulder months. Just ask.
Parking & Accessibility
Getting to and around your venue should be easy for everyone. Thoughtful parking and accessibility options help your guests arrive stress-free and enjoy the day without hassle.

On-site parking is enhanced with access to two big public, free parking garages right next to our building. This isn’t common downtown and was a huge consideration when choosing our location.
We’re a one-level venue, with easy access and no stairs for all our guests.
