Content Day Spring 2026

We've designed Content Day to be one of the best evenings of the spring — for you and for the couples who will eventually see this work and fall in love with what you do. This guide walks you through what to expect, what we need from you, and how to make the most of your time chez nous.
The Brief
Show up, shoot, and leave with a full evening's worth of fresh portfolio content — across our styled venue spaces, with two couple models and beautifully curated vendor vignettes. You'll rotate freely through the ballroom, bridal suite, serving room, and lounge, capturing whatever catches your eye. With a total of 20 photographers (10 in each 1 hr block) in the building, you'll also get to see how other creatives work — and make the kind of vendor connections that actually lead to referrals. La Fête will tag and feature your work in our post-event social content, and participating photographers in good standing are added to our preferred vendor directory — shared directly with every couple who inquires with us.

If you haven't worked with us before, we'd love to have you stop by for a quick walkthrough before the event.
Our space was designed with photography in mind — and our founder has spent his career building the tools you shoot with (Adobe, specifically — not Capture One, that one's on someone else). We know how photographers see a room, and we think you'll like what you find. Just reach out, and we'll find a time that works.
The Format
Content Day runs as a non-stressful series of styled vignette stations across all four La Fête spaces: the ballroom, bridal suite, serving room, and lounge. Two couple models will be on-site throughout the evening. Twenty photographers — ten per block — will rotate freely through the venue, capturing everything.
We’ll keep it loose and let you guys take turns directing the models - you’ll learn tons, and share what you know.
Schedule at a glance
You’ll be assigned a shoot block - show up 10-15 min early to your time.
5:00 PM — Shoot Block A opens (10 photographers)
6:00 PM — Shoot Block B opens (10 photographers)
Photographer Deliverables
Following Content Day, each participating photographer is asked to submit a curated gallery of 50–100 edited selections within 2 weeks of the shoot date.
Your gallery will be shared with our participating vendors — including florists, bakers, stationery designers, and other creatives featured in the shoot — for use in their own marketing, portfolios, and social content - with appropriate tagging, of course.
We encourage you to shoot what feels authentic to your style — this is your content too. Please deliver your gallery via whatever platform works best for you — just send us the link once it's ready. In exchange for usage rights granted to participating vendors, you'll receive full credit on any image shared by La Fête or our vendor partners.
Social Media & Tagging
We ask that any social post or story featuring La Fête spaces include a clear tag to @lafetevenue. That's it. We'll do the same for you — every post we create from this event will credit the vendors involved.
A Note on Commitment
This event works because everyone shows up. We've carefully selected a small group of vendors for this evening, and the photographers, models, and other vendors are counting on a full room. Please mark your calendar now and honor your spot. If something comes up, let us know at least a week out so we can plan accordingly.
