Content Day Spring 2026
April 28
We've designed Content Day to be one of the best evenings of the spring — for you, for the photographers, and for the couples who will eventually see this work and fall in love with what you do. This guide walks you through what to expect, what we need from you, and how to make the most of your time chez nous.
If you haven't worked with us before, we'd love to have you stop by for a quick walkthrough before the event.
Seeing the spaces in person makes all the difference when planning your setup — just reach out, and we'll find a time that works for you.
The Format
Content Day runs as a non-stressful series of styled vignette stations across all four La Fête spaces: the ballroom, bridal suite, serving room, and lounge. Two couple models will be on-site throughout the evening. Twenty photographers — ten per block — will rotate freely through the venue, capturing everything.
You set up the work you want to feature, and the photographers do the rest. And feel free to snap your own shots.
Schedule at a glance
3:30 PM — Vendor load-in begins
4:00 PM — Full setup underway
5:00 PM — Shoot Block A opens (10 photographers)
6:00 PM — Shoot Block B opens (10 photographers)
8:00 PM — Breakdown begins
8:30 PM — All vendors should be done with load-out
Your Setup
Think of it as an open floor — arrive, explore the spaces, and stake out the location that feels right for your work vignette. There are no rigid zone assignments. Set up where it makes sense, style it the way you want, and make it yours.
Any tables, chairs, and venue features are available to use on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a specific setup in mind that relies on particular pieces, plan to arrive early.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own decorations, florals, and any setup materials, although we’ll be more than happy to let you use items from our decor package.
Photographers will rotate through every station throughout the evening, so every setup gets seen. The more intentional and styled your vignette, the more it will stand out in their images.
A few things to keep in mind
Be considerate of the vendors around you — coordinate on-site if you need to share a space or overlap setups, and keep your footprint tidy. La Fête staff will be on-site throughout the evening to help with any questions or logistics.
Your setup should be complete and ready by 5:00 PM when photographers begin arriving. Plan accordingly — we recommend arriving at 3:30 rather than waiting until 4:30.
What You'll Walk Away With
Every photographer who captures your work and tags you walks a piece of your portfolio out the door with them. With twenty photographers in the building, you can expect a meaningful volume of images across different styles and perspectives. Each is asked to provide tagging information and a gallery of at least 50 images for you to use.
In addition, La Fête will feature your business in our Content Day promotions and post-event social media. Participating vendors in good standing are added to our preferred vendor directory — a resource we share actively with every couple who inquires with us.
Social Media & Tagging
We ask that any social post or story featuring La Fête spaces include a clear tag to @lafetevenue. That's it. We'll do the same for you — every post we create from this event will credit the vendors involved.
A Note on Commitment
This event works because everyone shows up. We've carefully selected a small group of vendors for this evening, and the photographers, models, and other vendors are counting on a full room. Please mark your calendar now and honor your spot. If something comes up, let us know at least a week out so we can plan accordingly.
