Applications for our 2026 Preferred Vendors are now open! 

La Fête is launching our 2026 Preferred Vendor Program—a curated list of trusted professionals who know our venue and consistently deliver exceptional service. 

Our partners help make planning easier and create a seamless experience for our couples. We’re looking for vendors with outstanding products, exceptional service, and unique offerings that capture the attention of busy brides early in their planning journey.

This Partnership Includes:
 

• Featured during venue tours with brochure placement in each bride’s gift bag—one of our most influential touchpoints, as couples are just starting their planning and open to recommendations.  

• Listed on our website’s Preferred Vendors page  

• Recommended during client meetings with our wedding coordinator/planner  

• A feature on our social media quarterly 

• Access to the venue for styled shoots (up to 2x per year)

What’s Required:



• A 1:1 meeting with us to talk about opportunities (for new and optional for existing vendors)

• Completed application with optional discount

• Professionally designed brochure or 5×7 handout showcasing your work and highlighting your differentiator (we can work with you on this) 

• A few client testimonials or recommendations (for new vendors) 

• A positive Google review after collaborating with us 

• Commitment to host at least one styled shoot within the year to create joint promotional content (we’ll coordinate with you) 

• A nonrefundable annual fee of $250

We’re committed to keeping this program valuable and exclusive, so we will accept a limited number of vendors per category. This will vary slightly to provide variety for our couples and will depend on our experience with you, your differentiation from others, and your category.
